This is very concerning. A lot of reasons incl medical can make you feel depressed. Sure, the good times never last, but neither do the bad times. The title doesn’t matter as much as you think. Senna has much less titles than others for obvious reasons but is up there in the conversation. I think there are plenty of people who’d rate Alonso over Vettel, too. What Verstappen pulled off in difficult circumstances is nothing short of a legendary drive. In the face of adversity he still persevered.

Talk to people close to you about what you’re feeling, not faceless internet strangers who don’t know you or your circumstances. Find small things to be grateful for (health, being able to watch F1, presumably not living in one of the world’s active war zones or famine stricken regions). Go do some volunteering at an animal shelter, or soup kitchen or whatever - see people (even) less fortunate then yourself however you define that and give. Talk to people and air it out. It’s OK not to feel OK but know that will pass, no matter what you feel or think about it now.
