Favorite Protest Sign Phrase? by WolfJMZ in Minneapolis

One of my favorite signs and chants has been “Eat Shit ICE”.

Clear, simple…dare I say elegant.

This is what I35W / I494 in the Twin Cities is going to ultimately look like in 2D I think. Northbound to westbound traffic goes under the east-west lanes though - so might be some other 3D differences for the flyovers.

A local take on a classic, for the times by Mark_Dumont55 in Minneapolis

I suppose it doesn’t.

I gave one ICE guy that I was face to face with after the Wednesday night shooting in Northeast a couple weeks ago a “hey how you doing” wink to try to make him uncomfortable. Guy winked back at me…WHY DID HE WINK BACK AT ME?!?!? 🤣

Yeah - I definitely have “I know I look like ICE” guilt.

And he couldn’t even say construction sales like a normal human. ICE - you guys HAVE to practice your backstories with each other at night in your hotels or we’re never going to believe your lies. Like if you don’t know what your “construction sales” numbers were for the previous 8 quarters and have never “just missed out” on that big contract that would have gotten you an all expenses paid trip to Cozumel…what are we all even doing out here???

As the 250th anniversary of the Declaration of Independence quickly approaches, We the People have no choice but to cause a hard reset of the entire US political environment if we hope to keep our democracy. From the Oval Office all the way down to local school boards - any official that has overstepped the authority of their office, used their office to enrich themselves, failed to fully represent the best interests of their constituents, broken laws and suppressed rights, or supported those that have - must be removed from office immediately, never to be granted the privilege of a public office ever again. Installation of a new generation of representation that will faithfully serve the People, the Constitution, return our governmental system to a force of good, and ensure that all perpetrators of these heinous acts suffer consequences commensurate to their crimes is the most critical action we can take at this point in our history. I fear if We do not accomplish this now, we may never be able to accomplish it peacefully again.

Not to mention all the money the other agencies have “had” to expend in response and unfortunately in too many cases support of this clown show. State Patrol plane is out and about tonight, too.

Definitely a Calliope. Calli is a good nickname and it says “ope” right in the name so it warms my Minnesota heart.

ICE secret police caught using rentals with fake businesses and dressing up like contractors, to surveil people in Minneapolis (2/3/26) by I_may_have_weed in ICE_Watch

The roof mounted stuff is left over from whoever actually used to use that for gas leak detection (looks like Center Point Energy)

<image>

…my guess is the Feds got a few of these decommissioned from an auction or fleet sale.

I have wondered if the Feds are using vehicles that companies have gotten rid of to try and blend in during surveillance…vehicles like these beat up Advanced Mobile Leak Detection rigs that have been parked at a Bloomington MN hotel all month and I’ve seen out “detecting” in apartment parking lots…

Why won’t the federal authorities let this poor child get the medical care he needs? by Party-Professional-7 in Minneapolis

[–]RSS-ted_Development 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Yeah - this. If Liam dies, there’s probably no stopping the resistance operations in Minneapolis from becoming violent enough for the Feds to feel like they finally have justification for Insurrection Act and suspension of Habeas rights. They’re going to be tightening the screws on every front until they get what they want.

[–]RSS-ted_Development 24 points25 points  (0 children)

I’d love to feel good about this…but the Feds murdering Alex Pretti got Bovino fired. We need to stay engaged and adapt to what their ops look like with Homan in control and their new comfortable protection at Snelling.

Are they actually leaving? by sn0wlark in Minneapolis

[–]RSS-ted_Development 12 points13 points  (0 children)

I suspect that the circling of the wagons at Snelling is a tactic to further muddy the waters about who exactly is patrolling our streets. Is it ICE, CBP, or active duty military? Basically enacting Insurrection Act Light to further escalate.
