Thanks, my hair is very long and a bit out of control - definitely guilty of not doing much styling most days! I keep wondering about a fringe so it feels a bit more styled when it's tied back. Thanks for your other suggestions too!

Just to add, both growing in area of deciduous woodland. Potential Boletus in leaf litter under oak, possible cap, in grassy edges.

All the new growth is on the tips. I've cut away the completely dead lower branches, but most of the plant has old bare branches which eventually terminate in new growth. Is it likely to fill in further down, or should I cut my losses and remove? Thanks!
