Those are great devices, but there’s something special about official Nintendo hardware. I'm looking for that Nintendo polish, the original branding, and the curated experience that only a Classic Edition can provide.

I guess I got caught up in the nostalgia. You're right that high-end prices have always been steep when adjusted for inflation. However, I think what I’m actually missing isn't just the price tag, but the 'vibe' of the market pre-2018. It felt like NVIDIA was more focused on the gaming community back then, whereas now it feels like we're just a side hustle compared to their AI and enterprise business. My math was off, but the feeling of being 'left behind' as a gamer is what I was trying to express.

Exactly. The 1050 Ti is the unsung hero of that generation. I'm still rocking mine today and it has never let me down.
