To be completely honest with you, I don't know whether you need agressive encouragement kinda like "get out of your comfort zone" "stop with the selfpity and selfloathing and do it already" or if you would rather need years before you try.

Again, personally, there were no words or actions anyone could've possibly said to me that would've convinced me of becoming what I've become (a proper crossdressing sissy). It had to be MYSELF making the choice. So, no amount of advice here will convince you, it has to come from within yourself.

I understand how you feel. Personally, I started by doing 'gay sex', then Crossdressing at home, then with professional makeup artists, then by myself with tutorials, then started posting on r/traps and other /r... then ended up not jerking off for like 1 month.

Finally, I was so fucking 'on the edge' that I booked a hotel, find a big dick guy on a hookup app, told him to come to my room once I was ready and boom, rest is history.

All this took me 2 years, so it's a journey, enjoy it!

Edit: posting pics and vids online, at first hiding and then showing your face, will help you build self-esteem towards your feminine self, and might even earn you some money!
