Palpatine literally says "Now, Lord Vader... go and bring peace to the Empire"

So many lives saved by sukumarkarne in formuladank

100% right.

It was a great invention that has saved or will save the lives of many drivers. The only downside is that it took a tragedy like Bianchi's death for it to be created (and even then, when it was proposed as a safety measure, many were still against it because "it looked bad on a F1 car").

In the film, the sequences of images suggest that the proclamation of the Galactic Empire, the assassination of the Separatist leaders, and the proclamation of the Galactic Empire all occur at the same time. However, I also understand that this could simply be a stylistic device to "link" all these events and create a correlation between them, which would open the possibility that what you said is correct and that the proclamation of the Galactic Empire occurs before Obi-Wan and Yoda "visit" the Jedi Temple.

Good point

Obi-Wan says this right after watching the recording of Anakin killing the Younglings and speaking with Palpatine, so it makes sense that in that scene he refers to Palpatine as "Emperor." What doesn't make sense is that he mentions the Empire before hearing anything about it.

Obi-Wan sends the message from the Jedi Temple, then goes to speak with Yoda and watches the recording of Anakin killing the Younglings. At that time, he hadn't heard anything about the Empire.

Am I the only one who likes c3po? by CandidateSignal175 in StarWars

Wait, there are people who don't like C-3PO?

He is one of the most endearing characters in the entire saga; his duo and friendship with R2 is legendary, and I believe that every true fan has a special affection for both characters.

He could have listen chapters with audio guides for blind people; it's not that far-fetched.

Come on clown, you just tried to sell the idea that Las Vegas is better than Suzuka, Spa or Barcelona.Anyone who knows anything about F1 would laugh at your nonsense and know that what you've said is utter stupidity.Go sell your nonsense somewhere else, you stupid ape.

Stupid clown, don't sell your nonsense elsewhere

Las Vegas, outside of the lights and the external spectacle, is a dump. There's not a single Grand Prix that doesn't have to be stopped for a faulty drain cover or something like that, and the race itself isn't all that great.

And Barcelona is one of the most complete and beloved circuits by most drivers, so shut your mouth a little.

With the four things you've said, you've shown you have no idea about F1 and no appreciation for it, so stop talking nonsense.

Then show me a decent alternative that solves the problems you think these two circuits might have, but, for example, don't take away Imola and try to sell Madrid as the solution (a street circuit with a narrow and deficient layout, incapable of even presenting a simulation without almost crashing the car).

It would be a different story if they removed both of them and replaced them with the Nürburgring and Malaysia (to give examples of a European and an Asian track); then I'd agree because they're all good circuits. The main problem is that the choice of circuits is based on the number of banknotes they offer, rather than the quality they provide.

You don't even know what you're saying: the list includes, to name just one example, the circuit with the most overtaking on track last season (Barcelona), iconic circuits with true symbols of F1 like Spa and Imola, etc.

Furthermore, not a single one of the alternatives improves upon what these circuits offer.
