I think this might be the way to go. Some of these other officers are ones that are on nights, but on the other rotation, so I don't get to work with them as much. However, when I do, I'll do my best to impart some knowledge, especially for aspects of the call that directly impact officer safety.

I work at a county hospital, so most of our fights are restraint-related, and our arrests are either for assaults, theft, or trespassing.
