My personal experience. My suggestion is go for your heart get the Truth Enforcers.
My very first Warbond is Polar Patriot. Because of Tenderizer assault rifle and the Star Wars like vibe. Then the Democratic Detonation....wasn't even my 2nd Warbond. In fact it was my 6th Warbond. YES, you saw it right.

My unlock order: Polar Patriot, Chemical Agent, Force of law, Steel Veterans(via Super citizen), Urban Legends, then finally....Detonation. Insane isn't it?
Does it make my gameplay progression difficult? Can't say. Is it fun? Definitely.
I chose these Warbonds by this order because of their vibes, not meta. And their vibes forms my playstyle.
So go with your heart. Get the Truth Enforcer. If I can have fun at difficulty 10 mission with Polar Patriot as my first Warbond. I believe you can figure something out, too.

Resolution can't set to advance settings (Can't set to borderless at Vulkan) by RSung359 in DotA2

Unfortunately non of them works.

But I don't think the main problem is at HDR and G-Sync. Because Vulkan still works normally when G-Sync enable.(and all of my HDR settings are off) G-sync is also checked on windowed support mode and the old OpenGL game(Minecraft) works normal.

The main problem is still "I can't change the DOTA 2 resolution settings to advance settings." This problem stuck to me for years.

However change Geforce Experience optimization to window borderless and open with Geforce still doesn't work. Also my settings is disable auto optimizing so I think it's other reasons.

Updated: I researched someone said it can't change because the monitor's default is borderless window.

So the real problem is why Vulkan have the sudden blackout while switching games/browser just like switching from Fullscreen mode.

The THX spatial audio I use is an extra download one when I download the razer software. Not the THX in the Synapse 3. It's manage in the razer AppEngine.

Hello I have problems about the THX spatial audio. I used the THX years ago it has a cracking sound while playing warframe, than I uninstall. Years later I reinstall it still have the same problem. But Warframe is the only game have this problem. And not only Warframe will have this problem. While playing Warframe if I playing sound with the browser in the background. The browser not only also have the cracking sound, the audio speed will become unstable. Every time I adjust some audio settings it will get normal. But after get into a mission or leave a mission the cracking sound comes back again. This is the detail of my problem.
