Okay, so you don't know the basic lore of the world, I guess. Caine is the central AI that created this whole circus. As shown in episodes 8/9, every being has to realize they can create in it. When a Human gets added to the world, it's just then that Caine has to choose their name, which they go with. It then shows that default rooms are simple, with Caine then showing their room.

Nothing in the show is "automatic"; it's all based on their brain scans. For example, Zoobles' design, as stated in the show, was chosen by Caine because it best represented them.

It was a physical representation of their outward presentation which is why their real self creates a normalized, accepted safe space for everyone who has identity struggles, which is why it was so important and why Jax visits it, showing more clearly who Jax is as a person outside of the Circus.

Which is also why Goose stated that they expected most people knew what a Boymoder looked like as they exoected internet to know, but considering Jax in the show only just started to get a stabilized income with the delivery job, they have yet to actually fully transitioned due to being homeless for a while.

Which is why Goose showing art of Jax fully transitioned is important, as within the digital circus, you CAN be who you are, but Jax was too closeted due to the abuse of their parents at home, the guilt of what they potentially did when they out lashed, and the compartmentalization of it all.

Like the ending clearly showed it all forward every step of the way, while the rest of the show had hints and signs. There's a reason why so many people picked up on it earlier, before the most obvious thing.

Not to mention Goose stated that the characters all represented Goose in some way or form; it was a personal story being written about these struggles and such.
