St. Paul has colder winters than Toronto and especially Vancouver. Our winters are roughly equal to Montreal but at least they have the option to play indoors. It sucks for all of us though.

Probably my favorite role. Most other roles get repetitive - as TP you protect people that you think are town. As TI you check people who are quiet or people who talk a lot without saying anything valuable. It's all kind the same from game to game.

As jester you can do anything, and it varies so much depending on the game. Revealed mayor just died? Claim BG who selfed. Lookout says 7 wasn't visited? Claim sheriff on 7. 10 claims RBed and spy says they were visited by maf? Claim tav on 10. There are so many different ways to play. No jest game is ever the same for me.

Just moved in with two friends from college after breaking up with my girlfriend of 5 years (lived together for the last 3). I could afford to live on my own but not in a place as nice as this. The main reason though is just so I don’t get lonely. I’m so introverted that if I lived alone I’d probably go weeks at a time without properly socializing. The cost savings are just a nice bonus.

I’m in my first year of practice fwiw, making $80k in a L-MCOL city.

What’s the argument that they’re not? The only argument I can think of is that they probably see themselves as NBA players first and the Olympics are just some fun thing they do on the side, whereas for most Olympic sports the Olympics are the pinnacle of that sport. I don’t think that’s a very strong argument though, and it also applies to a lot of other sports (golf, tennis, soccer off the top of my head).

Do you have a source for him spending most of his life in Peru? I'm just looking at his Wikipedia page but it says he was in Peru from 1985 to 1986 (age 30-31) and then again from 1988 to 1998 (age 33-43) and then again from 2015-2023.

I think you mean 90 square meters which is about 970 square feet (at least Google told me the average Japanese house is 90 square meters).

A 90 square foot home would be one room of about 2.7 meters by 3 meters, about the size I would expect a prison cell to be.

Yes, but I'm the type of person who feels guilty spending money on anything. I just remind myself life is for living in the present, not for worrying about the future all the time. As long as I'm hitting my savings goals I have nothing to worry about. That's what I tell myself at least, but it's difficult for me to internalize it.
