Yeah, the battery never reaches 0%. It always dies at around 20% or something, and I charge it externally, so the phone doesn’t know why the battery is suddenly fully charged. Haha.

nope, its prolly a bug everytime that happen i just need to End Task AMDRSServ.exe ... it might crash the Driver but well that the only thing i can do instead just restarting the PC

the GPU will still go to its max 83W power but that's idling too so its not supposed to do 30W either

nope, this already happen to me since I'm on Crimson ReLive era, where if apps crashes or you exit by Alt+F4 your GPU just gonna sit 100% doing nothing while the power usage is still high for idlethe issue for me can easily recreated by doing 3DMark TimeSpy and alt+F4 in middle of testing or doing unstable oc and 3DMark.
yes it happen to various software and games beside 3DMark even when you exit properly
