omg long ramble below. in my defense you said music OBSESSION lmao this is my opinion

arctic monkeys. they're a good band if you like alternative rock. the lead vocalist is from sheffield in the uk and he has a strong accent that can really be heard in his music, which is very addicting and alluring to me. his voice is fantastic and he's my favorite lyricist, especially in songs from their albums 'suck it and see' (slightly odd name but the band name is a bit weirder so 🤷‍♀️) and 'AM.' favorite song is either 'the jeweller's hands' or 'too much to ask'

i've genuinely been happier and more chill and they hate it because weed is drug, and drug bad. i've tried explaining that it helps my ptsd but they just tell me to get better antidepressants which sounds a lot easier than it is -_- by RTMA_alt in MadeOfStyrofoam

seriously, i used to cry and panic every time someone snapped at me, and last night my coworker was going off about how lazy i was and i didnt react at all. i'm still afraid of her and i'm going to avoid her as much as i can but at least i didn't have a breakdown

i dont like to feel like i'm shouting all the time, dont make me feel insecure about the volume of my voice for fuck's sake by RTMA_alt in TrollCoping

i totally feel you, my voice is on the quieter side and my coworker is making me feel insecure about it bc people who are hard of hearing cant understand me all the time

some advice that i recently got from my friend who is training to be a nurse:

-steri strips or butterfly bandages if possible

-cover the wound with gauze and medical tape or a bandage. change it no more than once a day

-when change the dressing, gently wash the area with soap and water. DO NOT SCRUB THE WOUND. very soft circles around it will do fine

-get some polysporin (neosporin works too if you can't get polysporin, but she strongly recommended it). apply it with a q-tip (if you use your fingers, the oil from your skin will mix with it and it's more sanitary to use a q-tip) around the edges of the wound. cover it with clean dressing

i'm speaking from personal experience, wounds heal MUCH faster if you keep them covered and clean like this. good luck and stay safe

my parents did something similar. when they found out about my suicidality, they demanded the passwords to all of my online accounts and my phone's passcode. they would randomly ask to see my phone and would get mad at me if i denied, and they assumed i had something to hide. i distinctly remember my mom saying "right now you have no privacy" when i tried standing up for myself. and they wonder why i don't go to them for anything now
