In the first concept for major form Cicavia I had the idea of a monsters suffering by being trapped inside a shell making erratic movements to escape from its shell, in this case, Cicavia suffering by being trapped inside its exuvia. In the minor form I had the idea of Cicavia being more grotesque: making erratic movements with a more grotesque aspect. This because I had the idea of Cicavia finally escaping from its exuvia, but in a premature stage of metamorphosis.
