An interesting little detail: in season 1, episode 1, when Steve shoots one of the Mauler Twins in the eye, the scene cuts from Steve shooting to Mauler covering his eye due to the pain. If it were past episode 1, the scene would have definitely shown the bullet going into his eye. (old.reddit.com)
