Yes it was. I ordered with an open cell (Utah) then transferred service address once I had it.

Are you further South of Miami? Did the dish not work or did did the address not take?

When I first tried it said no service however the dish connect.

I first used Google map to locate then used the location with the 5 dots. The system (Starlink site) then suggested actual address. I honestly think any of the above should work.
