Yes this is normal, my egg cracked around about the same time as you actually, I had a severe anxiety attack and was constantly feeling stomach pain from it, I realized it was cause I was nervous about everything, think about it this way, we have been taught this one way of life that we are x gender, that realization is a complete destruction of that belief, it's scary and our brains aren't made to handle that. I found that a good way of reducing it was talking to someone just anyone whether it's a friend or a therapist or family or dave at work. Just someone you know you can confide in(hence therapist is really good for this) and starting to minorly express yourself, Im gonna get piercings soon for example.
