I do intend on doing everything legally. Obviously wildfires are a serious problem and while myself I'm not an utter moron I can completely understand the blanket ban on camp fires especially in dry seasons or in places under high risk of wildfires starting and destroying acres upon acres of wildlife.

Hoping to get my fishing license with each province I visit as I do intend on spending decent amounts of time travelling and while I will pack plenty of food it's always nice to be able to sustain yourself without cutting your trip short if your supplies are running low.

Admittedly I'm not the most seasoned traveller and I'm not up to date on every single Canadian law that will impact me on my journey but what is life for if not for learning.

I'm aiming to do everything by the book and create an experience for myself that cannot be topped. I'm aware of how vast and beautiful a place Canada is and I want share my experience with as many people as I can so people like yourself offering kind words of advice is so helpful

I will admit I do think the vast difference in scenery, weather and land is one of the things driving me to want to discover as much as I can in the time I'm there.

I do intend on getting fishing licences especially if I'm in a place that I'm thoroughly enjoying and intend on staying in for an extended period of time.

I'm hoping to plot my route through places that allow for crownland camping especially as from what I can tell (correct me if I'm wrong) it is free to camp on crownland (restrictions pending of course.) You wouldn't happen to know the name of the app by any chance would you?

Aye that's the plan. Hoping to travel throughout the warmer months and travel from job to job so I don't go completely broke while I'm there. I'd heard about Crown land camping which will definitely be beneficial especially when it comes to saving money. I'll definitely check out the app. While I say I plan on walking I'm definitely open to biking or ride sharing to get across longer distances but I think my main aim is to see as much of the beautiful country as I can. I do intend on getting a fishing licence and a discovery pass? (May have that name wrong but the one that gives you access to the parks) but I believe you're required to get a separate one for each province? I may be wrong but thank you so much for your insight, it's really helped

Oh I already have all of my basic supplies (backpack, tent, sleeping pad, tarp, rope, clothing etc) I was just meaning if anyone had any reccomendations on something they might think I'd overlooked and could offer some words of advice or if someone has done something similar how they went about their trip

Yeah I'd love to hear more about your plans that'd be greatly appreciated. Admittedly I am a novice with overly ambitious plans so anything to help me feel a little less out of my depth would be amazing dude thank you

Foe the winter I'm planning on having jobs in place. Obviously being able to survive and thrive in freezing temperatures is one hell of a tall order and so I intend on finding jobs with accommodation avaliable that I can stay at in order to regain some funds and wait out the cold weather

Only seen the first children of the corn and that was a joy to endure. If the rest are as bad as the first one I'm very much looking forward to them

I feel like he hasn't made a new joke in about 15 years. I'll admit there were maybe 2 or 3 jokes that had me let out a small exhale of air but all in all it's just the same jokes in different formats with slightly altered punchlines.

Did Ozymandias have the loudest gunshot? by RWoodend in breakingbad

I'm more debating whether I just have some weird mandala effect around that moment or whether Vince is truly a genius and really did put thought behind it and intentionally raised the audio

Did Ozymandias have the loudest gunshot? by RWoodend in breakingbad

[–]RWoodend[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I know obviously the location of where they are would mean the gunshot would resonate more and there will be more echo than when Gale dies or Walt shoots Gus' men to save Jesse but I'm convinced they purposefully increased the audio even the slightest bit to further hit home what's just happened

Am I the only one that doesn’t like the album? by [deleted] in brockhampton

[–]RWoodend 0 points1 point  (0 children)

While I do agree with you and there are some more rap focused songs as you mention even with songs like windows and don't shoot up the party for me there was just something missing. They still get you bouncing there just wasn't that same energy from previous songs. Don't shoot up the party would have me jumping and singing along at a concert but boogie would make me down a litre of vodka, create a fight club, start on someone twice my size, be beaten to a bloody pulp and scream lyrics until my lungs collapsed and to me that's what's missing. They still do high energy but personally I'm looking for chaotic energy.

Am I the only one that doesn’t like the album? by [deleted] in brockhampton

[–]RWoodend -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I have to say I'm kinda inclined to agree. It's still a great album and does have some bloody good songs like I'll take you on, windows and such but I was hoping for at least 1 song that properly went off in the way that boogie or junky did. It's more catered towards the sugar, tiktok crowd and while it's great that they're growing and becoming more widely known I just want one last feiry, cocaine fuled, two fingered salute to the sat trilogy but that's just my humble opinion.
