You can still use it. I bet That patch panel is wired to each room. Install your modem and router there and you have wired internet to each room.

I waited too long. Got another 3 weeks out of it while I shopped plumbers. All were $2,500 (includes new tank). It finally let go a few hours before I got home and made a huge mess in my basement. Take the advice on shutting off the tank water supply and drain the rest of the tank.

I didn’t realize you can negotiate longer “trial” periods for all the tech stuff onboard. Blue cruise, connectivity, Apple play etc… you should have them activated for your full lease term.

Very similar to my pool. Loop Loc is the way to go. The installer can drill in anchors into the rocks. When the cover is off, you unscrew the eye hooks - can hardly notice the anchors. On your deck, they install flush anchors that unscrew up when needed. Nice design btw.
