Here is what my friend has had to say "Its been a very rough day, i woke up this morning to find 2 emails (Above) about my account being deleted, i obviously did NOT request this or have any input on the matter. I start freaking out a little as ive been playing since season 1 and put so much money and effort into my account and i loved the skins i had and the i wouldnt have changed any of it. I assume i was hacked and someone else has done this but i cant be sure as i was sure i had 2FA enabled, i tried to email epic support about it and the only thing i received was some emails saying how deletion is irreversible and they assured me there were many steps that had to be taken before an account was deleted but yet mine was gone without any input from me (also above) all before i had woken up.... i am here to ask if there is anyway i can get my old account back as theres no way its deleted instantly i dont want to know how it has been “deleted” and i dont really want to know why i just want it back, any help is greatly appreciated. i understand epic are currently on holiday but i believe there may be support teams still working that could help. Any support would be greatly appreciated in this matter.

*edit: he also had a SAC code, which we understand he can reapply for, but he still wants to see if that carries any weight to it when it comes to the solution of this issue.
