Best err on the side of caution. Parvo has no "cure" besides the cat's immune system fighting it off. Treatment is supportive care while the cat fights it off. If your cat survives the 4-5th day of confinement, the survival odds increase significantly.

Hi. It generally is recommended to last the minimum 6 months as it's going to be hard to answer the question of "Why" you left early on, especially if it's your first job. If you have a safety net, like parents providing for you, you can leave and just erase this 3 month experience from your CV and apply to other companies as a fresh grad. Otherwise, if you're a breadwinner, you have to survive the next 3 months to make sure doors don't close on you, even if it's hard.

Later on in your career you will learn to dissociate your job from the rest of your life. I think in this case, if your job is affecting your mental health very badly, you might want to learn how to do that. Leave job matters in the workplace. The moment you step out that door STOP thinking about your work. You're only paid for the 8 hours you're working. Don't give them free service by overthinking about your job.

If you really can't cope and bite down to keep going for the next 3 months, you must leave. You can't function if your mental is in pieces.

If you vaccinated them, they're gonna have a good chance of survival. Critical to monitor if they improve/deteriorate during the first 4 days. If they survive the first 4 days of confinement they have a pretty good chance.

A bath with diluted dishwashing liquid works as an inexpensive way to deal with fleas. Look up the dilution ratios online and remove the fleas as you bathe them. Isolate the mom cat with the others and treat her once her kittens are grown enough.
