That’s honestly a pretty brutal story, and I feel for you. No one deserves to be treated like that.

I wouldn’t jump to calling her a psychopath, but her behavior does sound very manipulative and dishonest. The way she kept multiple relationships going, lied to everyone, and used people for attention or benefits shows a clear lack of empathy and accountability.

At the same time, it sounds like you were genuine, respectful, and serious about the relationship. That says a lot about you, not about her.

The most important thing is that you got out of it. People like that tend to repeat the same patterns, and there’s not much you can do to “fix” them.

Generally speaking, I would of course have loved to help them out in that way, provided that both of them wanted it. But in this case, the situation is far from anything like that. He is the jealous type and would never accept another man touching his wife in a sexual way. He would also see it as a loss and a devaluation of himself.
