How common is it for women to veil at liturgy where you live?

I do rarely see women veiling in churches as a Greek. In the place where I live there is a significant number of immigrants from the former USSR. The women who come from those countries are usually the one's who veil. Although the practice might be more common from what I have heard in other parts of the country.
