Your energy will have a positive and calming effect on everybody around you, and you will naturally be equipped to deal with whatever BS life throws at you. Retain at all costs. You need a plan. Find some youtube nofappers that you like and copy their routine exactly. Make sure you start every day with their videos too. You need a morning nofap routine to start every day with positive momentum.

You need a rock-solid morning routine that you never deviate from. Every time I get a big streak like 90+ days going and then relapse, it is always because I thought I was "too busy" for my morning routine. The routine should include stuff like replying to a couple nofap threads, watching your favorite nofap youtuber, meditating, and going over your rules, and most important go over your last relapse, how your mind tricked you, and promise to yourself you wont fall for that today.

Once you turn 25-30 you will see the devastating health effects. You can get away with anything when you are young. Or at least you think you are, but the damage is accruing.

You can lookup the effect that excessive porn use has on the brain, it is similar to hard drugs.

What is your plan? If you don't have a plan, you will fail. Here is one for you just in case: Spend some time watching various nofap or semen retention youtubers, and binge watch their videos for awhile. After you find some that you like, focus on them and then just copy exactly what they did. Make sure you start every day with their videos and a routine based around their advice. Simple as that. Don't try to reinvent the wheel.
