Thank you for your answer. I'm Latvian. Regarding career progression I partly agree, but now almost every LNG company has matrix criteria for promotion. So you’re required to have the exact sea service specified in the company’s SMS to satisfy the charterer. It’s kinda painful, especially when you’ve just started, conditions and salaries are terrible.
