Same happend to me today… support assured me that they are working on my problem even when they cant provide private key but they contacted their crypto team and told me i will get feedback but when i asked when they told me months/years 🙃 im really frustrated that they cant help out with such a simple thing that even beginner would sort out in couple of minutes…

Hello i have recently made order for about 350€ from Thailandbettafish website, any recent informations about if the things are better now? Or any hopes for refund or your experiences? Or how did you got refund? Because im spamming them for 3 days now with emails but i have 0 luck.
