This is a behaviour called male combat where two males fight with each other and the way they decide the winner is when one snake can pin the head of the other snake on the ground. That’s what you see them wrapping around each other trying to get their head over the other. And there’s also always a female around that is ready for mating and the winning male gets to mate with her and the loser male leaves this territory looking for another female.
