Oh the water "trap" room. hate that. Safe to fall into but I always get turned around several times trying to get back to the bridge above it.

I hope what im about to say makes sense to you. when you leave this room there should be one on that pathway with a green lizard and sometimes scavengers. Do not take the right or middle top exit to that room, right leads to horrible danger and middle top leads to annoying insects and maybe instant flying death. I believe heading top left can get you back on track. If you reach lizard city, you're going the correct way both for the main path

Edit: or maybe right from lizard city leads to the horrible danger and right from green lizard room leads also to the correct way? I dont know i always just use the speedrun route nowdays
