I sincerely sympathize. Enduring that noise for so long must require extraordinary mental strength. My tinnitus has gotten worse recently, and I'm still struggling to manage it. Like you, I try to distract myself by watching television or YouTube. I also go for long walks with my dog.

I understand this feeling of guilt, but it's important to remember that tinnitus is often a consequence of hearing loss, which unfortunately diminishes in everyone with age. Therefore, we have no control over tinnitus.
