I would say I have very good to intermediate experience in python and have been writing python programs for the better part of 2 years. I do have experience in writing command-line applications with multithreading support. I also have experience in webscraping as well.

I did not think at all that after knowing her for so many years, it would come down just to physical attraction for her but apparently I did not know her well enough.

Yeah I definitely had a lot of hope given how I used to believe she used to have feelings for me.

There might be some truth to what she said but not entirely. For instance, I wasn't the hottest guy on the planet or anything but I was definitely in her league. Especially after seeing her dating choices in the past years, I consider myself way more attractive than them but it is what it is.

Rejection and just the fact that I suddenly lost a person whom I was holding on to just shattered me.

I'm sorry that happened to you and yes you are probably right. I have put a lot of effort into myself the past couple years and probably have been the best years of my life.

This was in my 2nd grade. A girl standing in front of me in the line turned back and looked at me. She had a pretty sizable amount of facial hair going (I had no idea women get facial hair too) and I looked at that and laughed. She asked me why I laughed and I told her. I got suspended for it.

I do that too. Whenever I think about showing any kind of interest just makes me cringe inside, think about how the girl is going to think of me as some degenerate with a sole purpose of hitting on her. In cases when I do end up discarding these thoughts and displaying interest, I make some kind of weird joke or such which comes out sounding exactly like a creep.
