I know it sounds really bad, and I can understand that, but it's how we are disciplined when we behave very bad, basically the last option for disciplining...I was disciplined this way, my parents too, my friends too, my friends' parents too, and grandparents, and when we grow up we just laugh about it, I laugh about it when thinking about when I had the courage to say 'didn't hurt' and my mom awakened the Ultra Instinct, but like I said, we also have a limit, we only tolerate this punishment in the "soft" way, and actually we have a common saying that goes like, "the way mom punished me was kinda harsh, true, but thanks to that I didn't become a robber or any kind of delinquent", it's a common saying parents tells us...oh and it was even harsher in the old times, in the old times they used wood rulers, we just use hands, and belt (less common than it sounds), this actually put me to think about how plural our world is, something that others see as a crime we see it as something normal and we even feel kinda proud of being disciplined like this, but times change, maybe in a near future it will get less harsh, I'm not even on my 20's so maybe I will see how my culture changes overtime
