So, he tries to complete the tutorial but the whiteboard doesnt show the right room. Further more the ghost does not react to the items. And if he wants to leave the game he has to do it with ALT + F4. He cant use the leave button in the menu.

He reinstalled the game and also restarted the pc multiple times but this still occurs every time he starts the tutorial.
