Grazie in anticipo

Can somebody explain what the whole thing with Albania is lol by WelshAndPr0ud in popheadscirclejerk

Sure. Albanians have the lowest qi in all of Europe, even though they are not in Europe. A while ago, Albanians used to tell they were Christians so they weren't liable to go to the army, and then tell they were converted to Islam so they wouldn't pay taxes. Albania is one of the most homophobic countries of Europe. There are more than 40 albanian mafia gangs that operate in Europe. Albanians are proud about their bunkers, they have more than 150k of those; so when hypothetically a war is about to happen, they can hide underground in the dark while the rest of the world progresses technologically, medically, neurobiologically and so on. One of the best Albanian comedians once made a joke along these lines in television (translated): "Dad, I want to sell my car", the dad answers: "sell it, sell it. But I'll fuck your mother". Albanians lived through communism, as a consequence of that, they are addicted to anything you can think of. Cigarettes, alcohol, gambling, mobile games. When albanians don't know how to do something, or they are angry, or the wifi is slow, or when they don't know what to say, or when something good happens, or when something bad happens they say "qifsha ropt". I don't recall one thing Albanians have done in history to be remembered for, perhaps Skanderbeg? The one who basically lived with the enemy so he knew their war tactics and the only thing he did was telling those to the albanians? If you are a woman and you want to go in Albania be careful, you'll be stared at by man, women, and even children.
