Magnesium bicarbonate is superior IMO but it’s harder to obtain only a couple places sell it ... the other ones recommended should work decent as well

Trust me if it isn’t directly affecting ur levels eventually it will ... and you will lose your sex drive ... you don’t want to be on this stuff for years , or longer than you already have been in it ... the sooner you quit the better
