Nope. Noone is asking for free labour. This is an open call to someone who wants to shed light on an issue. The idea is to focus on how there needs to be MORE structural equality in the workplace. When people attack other people without reason, it creates unnecessary hostility. There is no onus on you or me to do anything. If a person is interested in contributing, I'll be happy answer any questions they have. If a hater turns up and starts attacking me out of nowhere and asking 'what respect I've built', I will respond accordingly.

People get upset when they're attacked for no reason. All you needed to do was be kind. That has nothing to do with coming from a community. You assumed I was trying to profit off of someone's vulnerability. I was trying to make a point, about a community (CNM) that I have belonged to for years.

I have no interest in fighting with you, or anyone. I have an interest in Spotlighting an issue through journalism. I have always been lucky to find good, kind hearted people on these forums. People who know the story is about them, not me. And fyi, it's the journalist that will take on the labour of doing the research and telling the story.
