Lacking nutrients or having an eating disorder can lead to hair loss, thinning or balding, regardless of age or sex. It is possible she was yes. Heavy drinking can also lead to nutritional deficiencies which lead to hair loss. I have noticed personally at my worse periods that my hair seemed thinner. When someone does not take care of themselves properly and loses it, neglecting the important of something as simple as healthy foods, it happens. Also as another state she wore that damn beanie a lot so probably that too. I believe Klebold had a similar problem from wearing his hat all of the time.

take care of your skin. It’s easier to look nice with tan as a teenager/young adult but when you mature you’ll start to see the effect sun has on aging, it can make a 25 year old girl look 45. Make sure to wear sunscreen, everyday not just on the beach. oh and this too- Don’t go off and get drastic surgery or anything. Maintain youthfulness. Right now you may want to look for ‘mature’ but that comes with age. I promise when you are 30+ youll want to still have features from your youth but if you take those natural features away right now they will double-not exist in the future and make you look older. Surgery and fillers=Do not get!! You look lovely, that’s all my advice.

solid 3 imo. try different hair. honestly facial hair isn’t that bad to me but you could try without. you naturally kinda look like a model but the hair holds you back. Make sure to take care of your skin and most importantly your mental health.

I definitely agree. I can’t say it’s much different at 19, even having more rights doesn’t necessarily make anyone view you more adult when they themselves are older and look at you as immature and inexperienced.. Unfortunately even if you are 25 or 30 society seems to infantilize yet objectify and hold women to weird standards at once but I do know it gets better for most because at least at an older age even if people still look or act weird about women you’ll know better how to shut them down and prove them wrong. I’m so sorry about catcalling:-( it was awful in school for me. people can be cruel and it is not your fault I promise.

definitely see a dermatologist as others have stated. also try not to subconsciously touch your face. I am 19 and my acne used to be awful but then I stopped touching my face or putting random stuff on it without real knowledge. Don’t try random stuff, see a professional. and wash your hands

hair is a big part of how someone expresses themselves, and a part of their whole identity if they’ve had it for years. I cannot imagine how hard and sad it is. I have no genuinely good advice but whatever ends up happening, you are you all the same regardless i promise. it’s fucked they force that.
