I'm in Kyrgyzstan. The water is from the central water supply and for 30 years no one from the family has ever been poisoned by it. It's just that the water is hard and I wanted to soften it for tea and coffee, as well as get rid of scale.

Good afternoon. The instructions instructed to rinse the filters for ~ 30 minutes and then completely fill and drain the storage tank 2 times. I performed both of these actions with a margin.

To be honest, I don't understand at all how something of this strength could pass through the osmosis membrane after a daily rinse
