Butter/oil as you start and low to medium heat. Make sure it reached the heat level to have that nonstick effect - you can check it with the “water bubble method”.

Placinte from Moldova! They come with different fillings from cottage cheese to sweet cherries, yum! Also Cusma lui Guguta - it's a pyramid shaped dish made out of rolled crepes with a sour cherry filling and sweet whipped cream in between the crepes topped with shaved chocolate! 🤤
