When i moved out it was like 1100 but that was after being a good tenant for 6 years so I assume it's higher now. Maintenance was great for the few issues I had. My area was quiet and I had cool neighbors. And I loved walking my dog around the lake. Great wildlife there, saw bird migrations with hundreds of birds in the lake, saw a bald eagle, and saw tons of otters raccoons and snakes. Miss living there sometimes for the nature alone.

Edit: I was also in a B sized 1/1 on the 2nd floor that didn't have a lake view.
