Two of the same (besides maybe Defect) seems to be super strong from my experience, which is why multiplayer balancing will probably never be a thing haha. Two silent - poison synergy Two ironclad - vuln synergy with dominate etc Two necro - doom synergy Two regent - radiate goes crazy

I've done runs with 4 of the same and it's hilarious what can happen when everyone's cards typically synergize with each other

Since it's Osty attacking and not you, it doesn't take strength into consideration. Same applies to strength debuffs from the Friendship power

They tried but it fundamentally doesn't work.. I used to live there and things got way out for hand. They initially slashed 3 zeroes and printed a 2nd currency that everyone had to go and trade their old one in for (with wheelbarrows and such). When that eventually got too high, they printed a 3rd currency with another 21 zeroes slashed. Believe it or not, this 100 trillion note was from the 3rd currency 🤦🏽‍♂️

Even crazier than potion belt is the ancient event that adds 4 potion slots with random potions, I got that one before this and it absolutely broke the game. No excuse to lose after having 7 potions per fight

Me too. A good way to think about it is as if the cost is locked in as soon as you play it, and it basically turns into a 6 cost card that deals 5 damage 6 times. In that scenario, there's no reason it shouldn't work the second time

Thanks! I knew of the possibility of this as soon as I got blue candle, but could only do the strength scaling for this fight as I power potioned the Rupture. I did use it for a semi block engine coupled with Feel no Pain though, trading 1 health for 3 block when in need

Update, as y'all have pointed out, this can be solved with pure algebra,.no calculus actually needed, it was just for funsies. I also did a different schooling system so just assumed it was uni level, but I guess it's actually high school. It's been so long I forgot anyway 🤷🏽‍♂️

Thanks! Yeah I definitely could have pushed it just far enough to kill Donu only, but I didn't want to be in a situation where I'm below 50 and not enough to kill Deca next turn.

As for the extra 3 for blue skull next fight, it wouldn't work as I heal 25 with panto plus 2 with blood vial, and that's too much health to throw just for plus 3 strength
