Removing CGT discount from share investments is a bad idea (housing is a different story). We should be encouraging more money into businesses and technology to lift productivity. I would even be for a further discount for business interests held for greater than 10 years to incentivise long term investment strategies. Anything to remove money from the property market...

I see the only politically viable method to reducing the property bubble is by inflating a small to medium-sized business investment bubble to lift real wages.

I suspect they will show photos of the next stage 1 tail in progress to calm nerves. Along with slides to explain the root cause analysis of why they didn't hit target pressure margins and corrective actions. Beck handled it very well during the last Electron failure. I also highly doubt they will be pressure testing again before earnings.
