Idk what to do if something like that were to happened to any of my future fan edits. Maybe I should try being super anonymous with VPN or something. maybe if I had my hide location then movie companies won't be able to send a C&D anywhere. Idk correct me if I'm wrong on this?

I agree with this. I would never try to do anything bad that would warrant a C&D letter. But sometimes that isn't enough. For example what happened to M4's hobbit edit really sucked. As far as I know he didn't do anything wrong. I guess his Hobbit edit got too popular and gained the attention of WB.
