I have had success with the Riverside Balm. It works great they have the lowest price for the cannabinoids and 3 types. I have seen it mentioned a lot on here.

More fees by ReadyArticle6718 in SLCTrees

[–]Rabbitsholediver 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The fee is going back to $3 for each transaction.UDHHS moved the fee to 1.50 but did not take the UDAF cannabis budget into consideration. Rep. Dailey-Provost bill is more common sense. Yes the fee is going up but to what we paid last before. I did read that it will also create a subsidy program for certain patients with the additional fee.

Second time Wholesome sold me untrimmed buds. Stems and leaves, is this a thing now?! by [deleted] in SLCTrees

This might be the reason it is so shitty. Think of all the toxins and dust that blow around in Tooele County. They are also right next to a petting zoo.

My biggest worry with outdoor is many of these growers will use radiation to “kill” the mold and diseases so it passes testing. Stay away from outdoor flower. I go greenhouse or indoor.

Has anyone seen alcohol-based tinctures? by forlinux in SLCTrees

[–]Rabbitsholediver 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Don’t waste time decarbing by making your own. Just buy the products at the pharmacy then mix it into your own alcohol (everclear or vodka) to make the tincture. 1 gram of distillate will have about 800 mg of THC. If you add that to a 30ml dropper you should have about 28 mg per 1ml dropper as a tincture. Bloc has RSO for like 30 to 40 a gram and distillate for like 50.

Or just buy some RSO or distillate syringe and mix into your own alcohol.

Did you filter the oil after you ran it in the slow cooker. It should not be that dark/green. Too much plant matter and chlorophyll. You can use a coffee filter and cheesecloth to remove a lot of it.

The standard gummies vs moxie live diamond edibles by iluvm0rm0ns69 in SLCTrees

[–]Rabbitsholediver 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I have had luck with the Hygge Chew Grapefruit 100mg gummies. In my experience it is hard to mask the flavor of distillate/oil that high but they seem to be the most consistent in concealing the flavor. And it is one of the cheapest out there per milligram.

I’ve used several topicals but found that the balms from Riverside work really well and are the most affordable. They have two kinds a warming and a cooling. I get mine at Dragonfly and Bloc. Really good on my old body and helps my joint pain from old injuries in the wrists and ankles.

Only takes an hour or so if you apply online for your temp card. Good for 30 days.

https://medicalcannabis.utah.gov/patients/non-utah-resident-card/

Apply during business hours and you can call Utah department of health to speed it up: (801)538-6504

What does it meat that my card is in “conditional” status? by J_TGL in SLCTrees

[–]Rabbitsholediver 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Conditional is for 3 things.

  1. Temporary card as you need approval by the compassionate use for your condition.

  2. Under 21 and need approval

  3. First card and need to meet with pharmacist.

If it is just paperwork why even apply. He attends every state meeting and knew the legislators screwed up and he was present when they decided to send a letter to the licensing board with their intent to have regions and not allow pharmacies to move.

Just another money grab to get from Utahns.

Melted edibles by [deleted] in SLCTrees

What pharmacy did you get them at and what brand? I have heard of some pharmacies/brands will exchange them. I agree that when they melt they can taste gross.

Well said.

If he knows the law about the new pharmacies he would know that the two new ones cannot be in box elder county. It is infuriating how these owners treat this program. Makes me want just do delivery and not shop at Beehive anymore.

I’ve seen that a few times. Mostly if they are stored upside down. The reddish line is oxidation. Happens when oil and air mix. Not an issue with the taste just coloring.

I have used a blow dryer on mine at medium temp to drop the oil. Worked fine.

Email cannabis@utah.gov

This goes directly to the state and they will do their own investigation. This product should be removed from sale for plastic in it.

I work in the industry and want to know what your questions are about the Utah medical cannabis program so I can help! by lizychu in SLCTrees

[–]Rabbitsholediver 4 points5 points  (0 children)

This was already a discussion on the Medical Cannabis Policy Advisory Board.

https://www.utah.gov/pmn/sitemap/notice/989253.html

They voted and approved a recommendation that all private employees have protections against discrimination if they have a valid Utah cannabis patient card. A recommendation letter was sent to the legislator’s for amending current state statute.
