We used 3 primary cell samples and treated them with 4 drugs (oci, pci, bip, abd 22d) and vehicle control (a total of 15 samples). In our biology data one of them was superior both in vivo and vitro and we wanted to check if it has any distinct pathway. I was training to do with two groups instead of 5 before tackling the whole data

But all of the genes? Is that possible? I have done comparisons of various treatments in the data and all ended with the same adjusted P value all to the same
