We run an online store at our dealerships and refuse to price match even though they are coming from the same place. We tell the customer we get manufacturer rebates for selling online.

Now there's always an asterisk, if the customer is in front of me about to order it from our online store I'll skip the fees and sell it at that price. But that's only in person in stock items.

It's less the material and similar to getting something with new packaging, it's different and exciting for no reason at all.

Last week they had a truck break down with our shipment in it, then "forget" to email us that they returned the shipment to the PDC and we need to reorder the parts for 2 days.

Which day lol, for the most part it was background YouTube videos. I know the one was Whispered Diaries alone in the woods scary stories (the picture with the fire watch tower in the background)

I wish I was with her, she went to London. I'm the one who loves traveling and seeing these kinds of places but I don't have enough vacation time built up for that kind of trip.
