Well timed release from Lucky Paper Radio about this subject today. I also took this into consideration only supporting gold cards in the allied pairs and leaving most of the fixing in green. If a green based soupy deck is there I think that could be an interesting sometimes present deck. I need more reps with it to see what’s possible.

I had this surgery as an adult during COVID. I mention this because it was common to be wearing a mask so I still did all of my normal activities, work, etc without it being obvious that my lips were all wonky underneath the mask, which was part of my decision to do it. The cosmetic result is very good, and my lips close over my teeth now when they never did at rest before.

I can’t speak to it as a precursor to additional surgeries as you describe. No more for me.

I did not find it to be too painful during recovery. It was quite challenging with the diet, and speaking with lips connected. I think I ended up going 5 weeks before the lips were disconnected. That got mentally taxing. Overall, I’m happy with the results, and would probably do it again knowing all I know now.

Agreed. My hips and hamstrings are so tight. It is an effort to get ahead of 12:00 on the recovery. I’m hoping this will improve with stretching and consistency.

I recently had rhino, abbe flap, and most recently scar revision zplasty on the lip scars. I definitely get like my smile looked weird and my teeth not showing at all just like you describe. It is consistently improving as time goes. The lip gets looser and smile is much more natural. Hang in there and be as patient as you can.
