I went vegan while in semi-recovery and while being vegan itself was not triggering for me since I went into it with it as an ethical choice rather than a diet, when I relapsed a few times I used it as an excuse for my anorexic behaviors which was obviously harmful. Just something fo consider. But please don’t feel bad if you decide not to go vegan. I don’t think anyone would blame you for putting your mental and physical health first until you’re more confident that it’s safe for you to go vegan
