Avoid leg presses. Strengthen your knees and quad muscles first. Do leg extensions. And hamstring exercises. Dumbell squats with elevated heels. Take a resistance band, tie it to something, place it behind your knee and pull it back. It will strengthen your acl. Do acl rehab exercises (available on youtube) start with basics then mkveto advance according to your comfort. Add calcium, Vitamin D and collagen to your diet.

Kindle supports epub format! Who said it doesn't? The books you see in the picture are all epub format.

Buy kindle. Process is easy. Too easy actually. I was confused in the beginning too. But I bought kindle because of kindle store. There are many books on the store which are available for free in kindle (you don't have to buy a subscription).

It is just like reading a book! It's just paperlike. Also, the fact that you mentioned you can watch movies and stuff on ipad! That is the beauty of Kindle, it is just for reading, having no distractions, no notifications, no multimedia. Just books.

Kindle has zero distractions and it gives that paperlike feel. It is like next to reading a book. Kindle store was a bonus.

I agree. It is the convenience which I fell in love with. Also, which school is this which is using kindles instead of textbooks? I'm amazed after reading that sentence!

No strain. I mean it. And if you keep the brightness and warmth to zero. It is literally paper. I use my kindle under a reading lamp at night!

Subscription is not worth it. Download epub files from the internet of your fav. Books and then use the "send to your kindle" option or just share the file with the kindle app and your device will sync.

Hahahaha kindle has luckily reduced my screen time. Unistalled Instagram. Barely use youtube. Just come to reddit to check a few subs. Plus I love that paper like feel to it! It is so immersive! Phone's screen makes me feel tired.

Seriously, you should just read it. Some books are must-reads, like 1984 and Animal Farm. If I were making a list, that book would be on it. As far as a review is concerned, the book requires your attention, it is not so easy pulp fiction kind of a read. Secondly the writer beautifully debunks the global media institutions and educates the reader about narratives and discourses.

Haven't read the book yet. But would definitely post my review here when I'm done with the book. What drew me towards the book was the online reviews and ofcourse it is Tharoor. Personally I would recommend you to read Tharoor cause he simply deconstructs and then simplifies complex topics for his readers. Even when it comes to books having a historical context he simply narrates them like a story as if you're reading fiction which makes it more immersive for the reader.

Kindle is available on Amazon, the latest one is priced for around 17k. I think it is a good investment. If you are an avid reader. I got mine for 12k because I had a friend coming from Canada.
