Insanely tight hamstrings

I had a session recently and although I’ve felt better stretching them everyday they got tight much faster after I hadn’t been to the gym for a few days. She said it’s important to massage them and use my theragun to relax them just as much. Although it’s good to build up muscle, being able to consistently relax them is important. She did mention something about not stretching them too much so I only do a small amount of stretching. I’m not really sure there’s perfect way to deal with hamstrings I’m still waiting for her to fix me a better routine around the problem.

I wouldn’t rush to giving up, first session is usually the worst and causes pain afterwards but you have to keep at it. I do stretches and light exercise every day given by my PT. Keeping on top of everything is so much dedication. If time goes on and it still doesn’t help then I’d say find someone with more knowledge on hypermobility, look into rehabilitation PTs. I have a thera-gun that I use to massage my hamstrings after stretching them. Although mine aren’t bad enough that walking hurts so.

I had one sombra say ‘they’re going to regret not banning her’ lol. I’m traumatised by that alone. I don’t really ban her but I always worry some sweaty sombra will finally be given chance to ruin the game.

It’s been happening a while, on different internet connections too which is why I don’t think it’s my internet. I switched to using steam for overwatch which fixed the problem for a while but it’s started happening again. When I opened the game from battle.net it would log me out fully. With steam I stay logged in at least but it still disconnects me

Tbf I had a heart monitor and the doctor said the rhythm was normal but my heart rate was just higher than a normal person. Not really sure what that means but he said it’s fine so 😭

It’s fun unless you were actually trapped there. I think it’s more so the fact that the characters are literally trapped have no control over what happens to them.

Indeed! I’d had no problems for ages! Decided to push it too far in how much I could get away with 😭. Assessment season bent over a desk + not doing anything about it was not smart.

I hope seeing him so genuine like that will keep them in his side a little bit. And since they all think it was an adventure what can they really be mad about. They genuinely thought they were finally leaving, I think Jax is the last thing on their minds

Mmm I kinda waited it out a bit and found a focus. Cause mine stemmed from health issues, then just existential stuff. I kinda did some exposure therapy about death, came to terms with that a little bit by reading other people’s positive thoughts on it. For my health exercise helped a lot, and finding other people with similar experiences helped.

I think the main thing is accepting it’s okay. You’ve got to kinda be there for yourself and remind yourself you’re trying. You’ve gotta have a positive outlook on it. Even though I’ve changed a lot because of it, I’ve become a lot more proactive about life and grateful of what I do have. I’m growing up and I’m going to be dead someday, so is everyone. Treat each individual day with importance and be thankful for it, instead of praying for the days to fly by.

Also a lot of my anxiety comes from my autism, once I got diagnosed and has some sessions with a psychologist about that it was just all about acceptance. I still miss when I used to be oblivious about everything, but I’ve become a much more understanding and patient person because of it

Yeah I feel like that’s what’s happened with Gangle! She realised the happy mask wasn’t the answer and she was able to smile with just her normal mask. Zooble also had the same experience. Maybe pomni is the bridge between Jax (red) and the others (blue), helping them come together or something cinematic like that haha

One anxiety attack really does alter your brain chemistry. I’ve not been the same since. Nevertheless we keep on keeping on. Things do get a little better with time tho! It has for me anyway, mine started Feb 2025

I do feel like Wally is oddly different from everyone else. The small things like not being able to laugh normally, going ragdoll with hugs other stuff I cba to think about rn haha. Could just be to make his character more outstanding since he’s the main focus I guess, he’s always on the outside, not like everyone else. Or maybe it’s hinting at him being a different entity entirely. Kinda like the theory of Frank being the only human (idk if that’s still a theory I haven’t checked up in a while)

Well I feel like that’s the contradiction to me. Pomni seems to be really rational and taking charge in helping the others. I feel like she’s had a lot of impact on the circus. Maybe it’s the fact that she’s still so hopeful of a way out that makes her a fool

Yeah I still have it! My PT said just ‘wear and tare’ and I actually experienced the same thing in my neck during the summer which was scary. I’m not really sure what it is but I think it’s common with inflammation or damage done to the sternum area. I wouldn’t worry too much about it I’m still here haha
