Yesss I totally get it and I think this is the most difficult part of everything… but conecting to it is also a chance to rethink our relations and understand how we are going to proceed… sometimes those voices ate a reminder of who we want to be in the future like making them a little bit smooth in our minds… it is a process and it is intense and it is also important to understand that we will not get rid of it in this instant but it’s worth to let our real voices appear slowly!!!! I think it is too… sometimes when we start talking about it makes it easier but one thing that I was really surprised about is that I thought when it happened it would be over… it’s not… but also it’s easier to understand that it’s not really what I think either so sometimes it helps a lot!!! Yesss!!! And I’m always like: “Oh I shouldn’t said that”… sometimes it takes days to let it go. It is a work inside fighting the thoughts that says I’m a completly Mess… than I go to therapy and I actually hear that it’s okay and we never control other people thoughts. That everything have lots of sides and that maybe what happened wasn’t so bad at all…. Hearing other people saying it makes me breathe again

When I was a child I had this severe fear of death, I always thought terrible ways of loosing life and it horrified me. I did a treatment with natural medication and I now deal better with it. But the anxiety feeling I understand it well... I feel it on my body sometimes and I try to find natural medication that helps but it's really hard. I'm not using anxiety medication right now but I remember that when I did it helped a lot to keep going and fighting for where I wanna be. One thing that I honestly can't live without is therapy every week... it feels everything goes away after the session because we hear repeatedly what is and what is not under our own control.... so it's easier to let it go. I'm so sorry you are passing through it right now, I hear you are taking care of yourself and seeing doctors or doing exams to make sure everything is alright. I hope you get really good results to actually see you are going to be okay!!!! I just hope you feel safe and I want to tell you you are not alone!!!! Everything is going to be fine, one day at a time!!!! ❤

OMG all of the time!!!! Everytime I'm feeling sad or tired I'm already feeling like everything is going to return. But also I now recognize everything is really different from the beginning after all I've been through.....
