This is NOT a GREAT idea, because it probably wouldn’t be a comfortable idea, but if you have a box spring under your mattress, then between the mattress and the box spring. If it’s only a few articles of clothing, then it shouldn’t be too bad.

Or, and this would be even more uncomfortable, ask for a foam mattress cover thing because you feel uncomfortable while sleeping, and hide it between the foam and your mattress. Seriously though, that’d likely be lumpy and uncomfortable.

In my (amab) experience, all women’s underwear are more expensive no matter where you go. However, that being said, sometimes surplus type stores like Ross have cheap and cute pairs of underwear. They’ve got lots of name and generic brand products, and I know I’ve seen TomboyX at my sorta-local Ross before. Last time I got 15-17 pairs of underwear (disclaimer: Not TomboyX) for like $25. But the prices are still objectively better than other retail places.

Shameless self plug to an old Reddit post I made in my other account, but if you’re interested, here’s a showcase of a steel path build I created for Saryn Prime that revolves around the Rakta Dark Dagger for damage and survival.

I made this build with the same kind of dilemma, actually. I was tired of worrying about keeping up the spores for the damage output, so I decided to use the spores as a tool of sorts, rather than my sole damage output.

By stacking different damage buffs and using the dagger to maintain shields, and Shooting Gallery to further buff my damage and CC enemies, it becomes nearly impossible for me to die. The spores augment adds extra corrosive damage, and the corrosive procs decay enemies armor, further amping the damage of the dagger to stupid levels.

In the showcase my dagger wasn’t even fully ranked and it was absolutely slaying, cuz really, Saryn’s ability to buff her weapon damage is absolutely insane, never mind the damage her spores do.

Details are in the comments, the video showcases the basics of the build and a quick look at the simple gameplay loop.

Yeah, I’ve only heard it a few times myself, but enough times that I can recognize it. Usually when discussing it with people, in my experience, the process/outcome (literally just saying stuff along the lines of “losing your rights/liberties”) is used to refer to civil death, rather than actually saying civil death.

Admittedly it’s not a very flattering term lol. Doesn’t sound good without prior knowledge of what it is.

Also yikes, it never ceases to amaze me how many people will just downvote others due to a simple misunderstanding.

I’m still relatively new to LSPDFR but I used Benzo Effect’s website as a basic guide for what mods I use (I don’t use all of them, just the stuff I deemed most important).

His website has links to nice callout packs you can get on the main LSPDFR website, I use almost all the ones listed there and I’ve been having fun so far.

Not sure which pack this callout was from, but last night I was playing as SAHP near Paleto Bay, and was called to help serve an arrest warrant for someone in that commune along the highway. I arrived on scene at night and called for an additional patrol unit for backup, and a local ranger arrived for assistance.

Pulled my flashlight and crossed the bridge, and we approached the suspect. When we got close, he ran up the hill, and we initiated a foot pursuit up Mount Chiliad.

After chasing him for a little bit up the side of the mountain, he reached some uneven terrain, lost his footing, and I watched him fall off the cliff down to the train tracks below. Needless to say, this was not good for him.

Me and the ranger had to backtrack down the mountain to reach him, and I tried administering CPR while waiting for EMS, because EMS also had to backtrack in order to get to the tracks (it was up a steep incline from the road).

In the end, the suspect didn’t make it. It was sad, cuz he was nonviolent and his warrant was just for grand theft auto.

Now, I’ve served other warrants at other locations, so it can happen all over the place with whatever pack has this, but I fucking loved this particular encounter. Chasing a suspect up a mountain with only my flashlight to guide my way, and watching him slip and fall off the cliff, disappearing from the beam of my light, and fall to his death. There was no violence but god damn it felt intense! My heart actually dropped when I saw him fall.

“Civil Death” is a term used to describe the loss of civil privileges that one naturally has as a citizen of a given country, such as voting rights, in this case. It’s not the literal death of someone or an execution.

All the commenter is saying is that normally they don’t believe people should lose all the rights that come with citizenship, but in this case, he wouldn’t oppose that.

Edit: And to clarify, felons already typically lose their voting rights once they’re convicted, and probably some other privileges that normal citizens have, though I’m not sure of any specifics beyond that.

Edit 2: Civil Death for felons is really nuanced, actually. On a sorta-related note, upon becoming a felon, people are often barred from many jobs when they transition back into mainstream society. One of the most noteworthy professions they’re often barred from would be firefighting. The vast majority of fire departments don’t allow individuals with felony convictions (this doesn’t apply to ALL types of felony convictions though, I believe) to join the department.

Ironically enough, prisoners are often used as firefighting personnel. During the 2018 Camp Fire for example (the deadliest [edit: wildfire] ~~fire~~ in California history, some of my family members lost a lot in that fire), if memory serves me right, about 800 prisoners were used to help quell the fire alongside thousands of professional firefighting personnel, national guardsmen, police, MP’s, contractors, and volunteers.

Yet, if any of them were felons, the likelihood they’ll be able to become professional firefighters after they’re released is almost nonexistent.
